On December 18, the HiTec city facility, cross the remarkable threshold over 1000 major robotic surgeries performed in a single year, a first for the Telugu states. From gynaecologic oncology to thoracic and headache, neck procedures, the number reflect something bigger than statistics. They represent precision , faster healing, and countless patients who worked out sooner than they expected to.
Managing director, Dr GS Rao credited the milestone to the hospitals steady investment in advanced technology without a losing site of clinical excellence. Madhapur DCP Riti Raj, guest of honour of the celebration called a proud moment for the entire region.
The momentum didn’t stop there. Weeks earlier, HiTec city hosted global UBE CON-2025 drawing spine surgeons from across the world to explore unilateral BiPortal endoscopy, minimally invasive technic reshaping spine care. Badminton legend Pullela Gopichand opened the event, drawing a compelling parallel between athletic discipline and surgical mastery. Dr Balarajasekhar Chandra, a globally recognised name in endoscopy spine surgery led discussion on how smaller incision and shorter recovery times are changing patient outcomes for the better.
On the operating zoom, Yashoda continues to champion preventive health running awareness drives on kidney disease, and it’s every day risk factors from diabetes to painkiller overuse.
