MedTech startup eNLife Research Private Limited has successfully closed its latest funding round led by Piper SericaVC Fund. Founded by an Indian Institute of Science (IISc) professor alongside a military veteran and a former corporate executive, the company is set to disrupt neurological diagnostics by catching Alzheimer’s disease up to 15 years before physical symptoms appear.

Traditional early diagnosis currently relies on expensive, invasive procedures like PET scans, MRIs, and spinal fluid tests. Consequently, many patients delay screening until irreversible brain damage has already occurred. eNLife Research addresses this bottleneck by offering a non-invasive blood test that screens a specialized panel of biomarkers at routine diagnostic centers, delivering AI-analyzed results within two to five hours.

This breakthrough holds vital socioeconomic significance as India’s population ages rapidly, threatening to create one of the largest elderly demographics globally. By pivoting medical frameworks from reactive treatment to proactive, decade-advanced prevention, eNLife’s proprietary platform offers a critical buffer against the growing healthcare challenges of cognitive decline, marking a profound shift in global neurodegenerative patient care.
