DocPharma, a Bengaluru-based healthcare supply-chain infrastructure startup, announced that it has raised $2 million in a pre-Series A funding round led by Equentis. The round also saw participation from existing investor 100Unicorns, along with Vinners and a syndicate of prominent angel investors.

Founded in 2023 by Saquib Ali, Shashank, and Sagar Chauhan, DocPharma provides backend, enterprise-grade supply-chain and fulfilment infrastructure that enables healthcare entities to scale without the capital expenditure of building proprietary logistics networks. The company’s integrated platform brings together licensed dark stores, AI-powered inventory management, prescription-compliant order processing, and specialized last-mile delivery capabilities.

Currently operating across more than 12 cities, DocPharma has fulfilled over 800,000 orders with a fulfilment rate exceeding 95%. Its infrastructure powers backend supply-chain operations for over 30 healthcare and wellness brands, spanning digital pharmacies, health insurers, hospitals, corporate wellness providers, direct-to-consumer (D2C) nutraceutical brands, and pet-care platforms.

The fresh infusion of capital will be deployed to accelerate geographic expansion and deepen network density. DocPharmaplans to establish 100 new licensed dark stores and scale its operational footprint from 12 cities to more than 50 cities across India, cementing its position as a critical infrastructure layer powering the country’s digital health ecosystem.
