Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has officially inaugurated a dedicated Girls’ Toilet Facility at Govt. Senior Secondary School ,Saheed Mewa Singh School of Eminence in Morinda, District Rupnagar, Punjab, as part of its flagship Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program, MySakhi. The initiative aligns with the company’s core mission to construct healthier, safer, and more dignified learning environments for young girls across local communities.
Recognizing that proper sanitation extends far beyond basic physical infrastructure, Jagsonpal Pharmaceuticals designed this project to directly address key social and health barriers that adolescent girls face in public education. Inadequate sanitation facilities frequently contribute to health issues, absenteeism, and early dropouts among school-aged girls. By establishing clean, secure, and private facilities, the MySakhi project ensures that female students can pursue uninterrupted schooling while promoting better hygiene, personal health, self-confidence, and dignity.
Through targeted CSR projects like MySakhi, JagsonpalPharmaceuticals continues to drive community development efforts focused on empowering women and girls. The company remains committed to advancing female education and community health, working under the belief that small, focused infrastructural improvements lead to lasting, meaningful social impact for future generations.
