The Government of Andhra Pradesh has announced a strategic partnership to implement a groundbreaking 360-degree oncology care model designed to transform early cancer detection, advanced diagnostics, and personalized treatment access across the state.
Under this collaborative initiative, Qure.ai’s artificial intelligence-powered chest X-ray technology will be integrated directly into routine public health facility workflows to enable early identification of potential lung abnormalities. Simultaneously, the partnership establishes the ‘Integrated Genomic Solutions Centre’ (IGSC),a landmark facility dedicated to expanding access to advanced cancer diagnostics.
The IGSC will perform Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS)-based biomarker testing for lung and breast cancers, empowering medical professionals to make precise, tailored treatment decisions based on an individual patient’s unique genetic profile. By uniting AI-driven screening at the primary care level with specialized genomic diagnostics, the initiative establishes a comprehensive public health framework designed to streamline clinical pathways.
Driven by a shared mission to eliminate lung cancer as a leading cause of mortality, this dual-pillar model reimagines how cancer is identified and managed across public health networks, serving as a scalable template for precision oncology care.
