The deal includes a long-term manufacturing and supply partnership to ensure uninterrupted product availability across the Indian market.

Under the terms of the transaction, Pure and Cure Healthcare will take over Oriflame’s manufacturing facilities in Roorkeeand Noida. Oriflame India will retain all commercial operations and its Beauty Entrepreneur direct-selling network, keeping its consumer and sales infrastructure fully intact.

This strategic transaction supports Oriflame’s broader effort to optimize its global manufacturing network while strengthening local supply chain resilience.
