RPG Life Sciences has announced a new collaboration with Archerchem Healthcare to bring Naprosyn ES, a first-of-its-kind fixed combination of Naproxen and Esomeprazole, to the Indian market. The product builds on the two companies’ existing partnership and is aimed at patients who require prolonged NSAID therapy while facing risks of gastrointestinal side effects. By pairing anti-inflammatory action with gastro-protective support, the formulation is designed to make long-term pain management safer, particularly for elderly and gastro-sensitive patients.
Under the arrangement, RPG Life Sciences will handle nationwide marketing and distribution, while Archerchemremains the sole supplier of the combination, which it co-developed with a formulation partner.
Company leadership highlighted the launch as a reflection of ongoing investment in differentiated, research-backed therapies and reaffirmed confidence in the established Naprosyn brand among physicians. Archerchem’s leadership described the tie-up as evidence of its strength in complex drug development aimed at improving treatment adherence.
Naprosyn ES is now available across India, supported by RPG’s extensive doctor network and distribution reach.
