Aster DM Healthcare India and Quality Care India Limited have officially combined forces to establish Aster DM Quality Care Ltd., instantly creating one of India’s largest integrated healthcare providers.
The blockbuster merger unites 39 hospitals, more than 10,500 beds, and a powerhouse network of over 45,000 dedicated healthcare professionals spanning 28 cities across 9 states. Driven by a shared vision of clinical excellence and compassionate care, the newly formed entity already has aggressive growth plans on the horizon, aiming to scale its capacity to more than 15,500 beds in the coming years.
The merged organization will be led by Dr. Azad Moopen, Founder Chairman, who takes on the role of Executive Chairman of Aster DM Quality Care Ltd. Joining him at the helm is Mr. Varun Khanna, who will serve as the Managing Director & Group CEO. Together with a distinguished Board of Directors, leadership will guide the consolidated group into its next phase of geographical and clinical expansion, with the core mission of making world-class healthcare accessible to millions more people across the region.
