The Central Drugs Standard Control Organization (CDSCO) has cancelled the import registration certificate issued to M/s. NKG Advisory Business and Counseling Services Pvt. Ltd. Delhi for cosmetics manufactured by a Spanish manufacturer M/s Proteos Biotech S.L.

The registration certificate was valid until December 2027. But due to some business and administrative reasons the Spanish company decided not to sell their products in India. Following this NKG asked CDSCO to cancel their import certificate.

CDSCO has officially agreed to this and cancelled the import permission on 4th August,2025. The government has notified all zonal, sub zonal and port offices to ensure no further imports are made under cancelled registration.
