The Department of Pharmaceuticals, under the Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizers, has officially integrated two essential citizen services, the Pharma Sahi Daam price-finding tool and the Pharma Jan Samadhan grievance redressal system into a single, unified digital platform.
Developed in collaboration with the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority (NPPA), the integrated portal offers a seamless, one-stop solution for consumers seeking real-time access to official medicine pricing information and structured complaint resolution mechanisms.
Through the consolidated platform, patients, consumers, and healthcare providers can instantly look up authorized ceiling prices and maximum retail prices (MRPs) for both scheduled and non-scheduled medicines.
Concurrently, users can directly report, register, and track price-related violations, shortages, or distribution discrepancies on the same interface. By bridging information discovery and enforcement, the initiative strengthens consumer protection, promotes market transparency, and ensures fair access to essential medications across the nation.
