EVERSANA®, a leading global provider of modern, AI-powered commercial services for the biopharmaceutical industry, today announced the acquisition of Estima Scientific, an innovative London-based health economics and outcomes research (HEOR) technology and services company.

Estima Scientific combines specialized consulting expertise with proprietary software and web-based generative AI applications. The platform integrates proprietary code to streamline traditional HEOR workflows, delivering increased efficiency, rigor, and transparency across economic modeling, systematic literature reviews (SLR), and network meta-analyses (NMA). Its solutions have been validated by top-tier global pharmaceutical manufacturers and leading health technology assessment (HTA) bodies, including the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) in the United Kingdom.

The acquisition builds directly on EVERSANA’s technology-first commercialization roadmap, integrating Estima Scientific’s digital capabilities into EVERSANA’s market access, pricing, and value & evidence service lines. Estima’s co-founders, Tim Reason and Andy Gimblett, along with their specialized scientific team, will join EVERSANA’s global workforce to ensure seamless continuity for existing clients while scaling capabilities across broader international markets.

”Today more than ever, the pharmaceutical industry must embrace AI to transform commercialization,” said Mark Thierer, Chief Executive Officer of EVERSANA. “As we scale to serve global clients, adding best-in-class companies that embrace a technology-first mindset is critical to our success. The EstimaScientific team checks every box and will seamlessly fit into our organization.”

Tim Reason, co-founder of Estima Scientific, commented: “Joining EVERSANA is an incredible milestone for EstimaScientific and a validation of the specialized technology and consulting expertise our team has built. The company’s global scale and end-to-end commercial infrastructure will allow us to accelerate how pharmaceutical companies build and communicate evidence-based value to payers, helping patients gain faster access to life-changing therapies.”

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Bourne Partners served as exclusive financial adviser to EstimaScientific, with Wedlake Bell acting as legal counsel.
