Following submission, applications will enter an administrative verification phase, with status updates communicated via registered email. In instances where physical renewal certificates are issued through postal delivery, prevailing postal charges will be payable by the candidate.
Guidelines detailing the end-to-end renewal procedure are available in both English and Bengali on the official portal to facilitate smooth compliance across the state.
