Gennova is a subsidiary of Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited.
The landmark transaction is valued at approximately INR 139 crore. In addition to the slump sale acquisition of the mRNA business, the comprehensive transaction structure included the sale of Dr. Sanjay Singh’s minority stake in GennovaBiopharmaceuticals Limited to Emcure Pharmaceuticals Limited.
