Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Limited reported a strong fourth quarter for FY26, with consolidated net profit rising 26.2% year-on-year to ₹2,714 crore. Revenue for the quarter stood at ₹14,559.8 crore, marking a 13.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
The company’s India formulations business remained a key growth driver, recording sales of ₹4,835.9 crore, up 14.8%. Sun Pharma also strengthened its leadership in the domestic market, with market share increasing to 8.4%.
Global Innovative Medicines continued steady momentum, reporting sales of US$354 million during the quarter, up 20.1%. Growth in emerging markets and API sales also supported overall performance.
For the full financial year FY26, Sun Pharma reported revenue of ₹58,220 crore and net profit of ₹11,479 crore. The board has proposed a final dividend of ₹5 per share.
