The notice was issued in continuation of the council meeting minutes dated April 2, 2026, marking a significant move towards digitization of regulatory services for registered pharmacists across the state.

According to the official notification signed by Registrar Sayak Halder, the initiative aims to provide a transparent, efficient, and hassle-free renewal process through a streamlined digital platform. The transition is expected to reduce administrative delays while improving accessibility and convenience for pharmacy professionals.

The development reflects the council’s commitment to adopting modern digital practices in professional governance and healthcare administration. Registered pharmacists are encouraged to follow official updates from the council regarding guidelines, procedures, and timelines associated with the upcoming online renewal process.
